We make sure share our vision with them, reward them and after all "treat our people right". We treat our drivers as our business partners where transparency is key.

Different from major ground transportation companies, our drivers have the opportunity to be paid for a percentage (commission) of the negotiated loads that represents excellent earnings, much greater earnings than the market offers.

Our top team drivers average is $1,500 - $2,800 per week, per driver (which represents an average of $0.80 - $0.90 per miles)

Solo or Team driver positions

Drivers transport dry van freight through all 48 states

Loads are no touch, drop and hook

New Trucks

We assign dedicated equipment with electronic logbook system

All trucks equipped with refrigerator and microwave

Trucks can be parked close at home

Typically out 3 weeks, then off 5 days

Guaranteed home time with 24-hour dispatch

Paid orientation - including transportation, food and hotel

We have 1099 and W-2 positions available
Requirements to be qualified​

Independent Contractors must be:
-
At least 21 years of age for cargo vans and straight trucks (no experience necessary)

At least 21 years of age for tractor-trailers with a minimum of 6 months recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience

Independent Contractors must have:

Valid CDL
-
A verifiable clean driving record and good work history

No more than three moving violations in three years
-
A cell phone
-
A positive attitude

Independent Contractors must be able to:

Block, brace and tie down cargo
-
Speak and read English well enough to do his or her job and respond to official questions

Determine whether the vehicle is safely loaded

Independent Contractors must pass:

DOT drug screen and physical exam, given at Panther Premium Logistics orientation
